The “Ask Opa” app was developed to the best of my knowledge and belief. It does not collect any data about the user.

“Ask Opa” is a mobile app that features a special chatbot named “Opa.”

Opa is programmed to be a friendly, empathetic, somewhat philosophical, and positive character - one who is also capable of learning. He has interests such as nature, the mountains, his garden, social engagement, helping others, music, art, handpans, jazz, good food, sustainability, cooking...and every now and then, he also enjoys a cookie.
Users of this app can chat with Opa in various languages and can change the language at any time and as often as they like.

Conversations with Opa are saved as memories - and can be resumed at any time. Of course, these can also be exported, copied, or deleted (tap and hold).

This is an early version of the app (August 20, 2026), known as a “release candidate.”
